PATHETIC inconsistency on the part of the UFC. The previous fight had a more fight-altering foul, Collier gets fouled in a fight he's winning and could've taken a NC/DQ but opted to stay in then took a loss and lost half his pay. Cody Brundage gets fouled in a fight he's losing badly, and opts out so he wins by DQ, gets win on his record and his full pay.

Absolutely sickening inconsistency and makes the UFC look bush league. This kind of stuff can happen in title fights as we saw with Aljo/Yan 1, and they have NO consistent and correct way of handling the situation, and no legitimate appeal process to right the wrongs. UFC = bush league circus sideshow.
I have to agree

Mizuki would get destroyed by Weili.

3 year lay off and Miz came back and clinch whooped a girl a weight class up whose only chance was the clinch and being stronger lol. Wrecked her at her own game.

Meanwhile, Zhang was afraid to stand and crack with Lemos.

Miz takes that belt inside of 3 rounds.

3.26 TD/15:00 is a good number. If Dern could do that she would be challenging for the title, and possibly winning it.

I'm just getting here for the foul. I think my timing is good or at least breakeven based on comments.

Painful to watch to be honest.

For sure.

Also, re: your other post concerning Malkoun getting cut, I did enjoy his performance much more up until the DQ and, assuming he can keep working this dangerous GnP into his game, I'd like to see him continue testing himself outside the rankings. There's not too many technical "maulers" around MW atm

Fialho has been usually guaranteed violence win or lose. So lets hope this one turns the tide.

Mark Smith doesn't get enough credit for his bad reffing

Fouls are such a massive aspect of MMA. I wonder how fighters and camps prepare for the if at all.

Collier got fouled just as bad if not worse yet Usman gets no point, no DQ, nothing. Momentum of fight switches to his favor and he wins. Malkoun gets DQ loss.

Let's be honest. This card has been a wet fart

I see people bitching about the apex center. Well I hear you now. It honestly seems like ufc might be saving money with these events instead of hitting the road? I don't want to hear Dana say they need to "get out of their comfort zone." There's a tremendous absence of energy and I feel it effects the fights sometimes
Yeah you are right, I agree. The Apex just makes everything seem so unimportant, there is no energy or noise and its just the TUF set, where the fights aren't counted on your official record.

The real arenas give it a lot more energy but also it makes the fights seem a lot more important and meaningful.

Gonna skip the tim means fight and watch the bellator main event.

I picked Means via toughness and limitless cardio. If he can't survive the first round he'll take it......but Fialho might just take his head off in the first 30 seconds.

Two things can be true at once. It was a blatant foul and Brundage then channelled his inner Daniel Day-Lewis and quit.

DQ encourages such bullsh*t too.
I mean, he didn't hit himself in the back of the head. If it had been a heat of the moment glancing blow, i'd be more sympathetic to the heat he's getting. But that was a flush shot squarely on the back of the head. Even getting hit with there by the forearm of another big, strong ass professional fighter would super suck. I can't fault the guy that didn't actually break the rules.

Can they stop spamming this dumb Mortal Kombat commercial?

This has been worst card of the year by far. If it keeps up like this it's gonna be one of the worst ever.

Means Fialho no way it isn't a banger tho
