Feel like main reason that jab was working so well was because Song was just trying to get the timing and range of it down.

Song seems to have a style similar to Pavlovich where instead of going crazy on feints he just marches forward and figures your offence out slowly.

Dong is a bit limited though. I swear he could have made it easier if he didn't try to throw only power shots. He naturally has some power so he just needs to land and the KO would eventually happen.

I think he was measured as he was aware that Ricky was trying to bait him into takedowns by backing up and then rushing in when Dong stepped forward. Ricky was also using a ton of feints that in theory he could have used to set up more takedowns, but it didn't work as Dong wasn't taking risks, was using knees and hooks when he dipped in. Actually, I thought he fought perfectly.
