Yeah. Moutinho had been tying up with him just a couple seconds before. He was clearly getting blasted with shots, but just hitting hit with hard shots alone isn’t sufficient for a stoppage. Not intelligently defending is.

This last fight just showed why standing TKO's should be extremely rare in mma. Just let guys tap or go out. It's mma grappling exists.
