Why not give the fight to someone who was actually gonna make weight? Max's managers comments on the mmahour at the beginning of the week made this moment that went down this AM inevitable. Ortega? Poirier? Gaethje? anyone who could make the 155 championship weight limit....

This Khabib x Max fight was never going down Kept fans from turning in their tix and canceling travel plans. The UFC especially should've expected this debacle with the incompetents running the NYSAC. At the very least have a alternate ready to step in when max was inevitably not gonna make weight. The UFC booked khabib x max to build out excitement and to make UFC 223 trending thru out the week but plays the fans in the end.

Kevin Lee should of been option two.
Ortega should of been option three.

Max Holloway should of never been an option for all the reasons we discussed.
