His performance against Jacoby was an indication that he was about to have a career resurgence due to how much he out-performed the betting line; as well the subtle visual cues that could be picked up from his performance.
You just don't actually understand the x's and o's of sports betting and the true meaning of betting lines, coupled with the fibonacci sequence.
