UFC 312 PBP/Discussion

Both guys got their noses cut up a bit on that one.
Just like the first, Dricus just more active 2-0.
I am enjoying how much he's working the legs and body.

I'd give Strickland rd 3, think 2-1 DDP at this point but...?

Yeah, maybe. That was a coinflip IMO.
I'd say either 2-1 or possibly 3-0 Dricus. Dricus did seem a bit more labored, and that was definitely the round for Strickland to start putting his foot on the gas. He KINDA did, but not enough IMO.

Big round for Dricus.
Either 4-0 or 3-1 Dricus. I have a feeling that if Sean pushes the pace Dricus will just take him down and play it safe.

DDP pretty clearly

Man, I didn't want to say anything to jinx it, but thanks to some solid reads and some solid livebetting, I came ahead on every fight I bet on for this card.
A big night for me, with Zhang being my biggest payout.
I lost on the last card, and I lost of bunch on hockey lately, so this definitely gets me back on track.
I hope you all had a great one as well! 🍻

alright card. The two chinese fighters saved my night, im up like 10 units.

I have a long parlay that extends to next 3 events, hoping no fight gets canceled.

Rodolfo Bellato needs to be labled as "pretty lucky" fighter, right? Twice in a row a stoppage loss would have been easily warranted but refs choice to give him a chance now got him a 1-0-1 record to start his ufc run. There have been others like him and I think the momentum works in his favour and he lands a decent career out of this. Could see a rematch with Bellato taking it since Crute seems like bit of a headcase. Not based on this fight as he did good here but overall.

He's definitely proven to be a "he can survive an onslaught and mount an impressive comeback" fighter.
If nothing else, it might be worth hammering his live line if something similar happens in the future.
