Khalil did better than I thought, hats off..

if only his cardio held up, maybe with a full camp.

Full camp? Bout was announced Aug 16th, which means signed a few days before that at least. Khalil had ~8 weeks of camp.

Agree line was too wide but Khalil had a full camp for the most part. With his build and that style of bouncing around and then exploding like that, he was never gonna have more than 12-15 minutes of cardio before he was a sitting duck. His chance was an early KO. He landed some decent shots, Pereira's chin held up fine, and then it was a wrap.

you are right, I thought he was on a shorter notice like 6-7 weeks because he was suspended just recently.
