It was a tough fight to score.

Those wiffing shots kept Sean from coming forward and imposing his gameplan. It worked out.

I think it was fairly even going into the 5th round, and I think Strickland managed to win the 5th. Very, very close fight I think, could definitely argue either guy won.

Was fun to watch because I don't care about either guy.

4-1 Strickland imo. Honestly shocked how DDP got the decision.

I agree he schooled du Plessis in the art of the jab. He was in control the vast majority of the fight and did more damage.

Pressure, power, and takedowns gave the slightest of edges to dricus for me, but It was very, very close.

it was definitely very close, i scored 3-2 ddp but you can def make an argument for 3-2 strickland

So yeah, I had DDP winning it 3-2.

Takedowns>>> having to fight your way up from takedowns.
Pressure and power shots>> circling away and defensively jabbing. And yes, dricus obviously landed the harder shots.

Dricus - 2,4

Round 3 was a tie to me. Being more active but not landing or blocked is not better than being more passive, but landing.

Takedowns where you do no damage and the guy gets up immediately means jack shit to me.
