I think the mistake Landwehr has made is that he's been far too willing to engage in a kickboxing match at kickboxing range. He needed to turn this into a dogfight on the inside where Ige's technical skill advantage at range wouldn't have been so useful.

Nate wrote a check with his mouth that his ass couldn't cash.. talked his way into a ranked fight and now we see what happens when heart/toughness is your main stat. You can out-tough and beat lower level guys in ugly fun fights, but the technical strikers in the top 10-15 of most divisions will mop you up.
