Why is it crazy? Some of them might want to give it a try and as there's money in it, there's no way WWE and UFC won't be all for it now.

I feel like the vast majority of people who want to fight trained martial artists for a living already do so.

Plus WWE undoubtedly pays a lot better than the UFC unless you are Conor or a select few others. No way anybody would jump ship and get their teeth kicked in for less money.

People forget that CM Punk didn't "cross over" like many claim. He wasnt even employed at the time. He didn't trade WWE money for (admittedly really good) UFC money. He wasnt even a wrestler anymore at that point.
