Pretty satisfying beatdown. Holmes' ko of amedovski was an eye-roller, and for me, he really typified the dubious contender series guy the UFC is gambling on rather than investing in more meaningful talent. Ribiero is obviously limited, but at least he leg-kicks like a mule, which is fun lol

5 minutes of fury. His Wife/GF is such a lucky gal.

At least it was a good scrap :D Sigh - I'll win the TAP war @Sixstring ;) ;)

This next one is quite a jem buried on the early prelims. Hope Phil's knee is better; he's going to need it to stave off Iliskerov's takedowns!

Gotta wonder how many times cruz would have defended. I mean he has 7 bw belts at home, just not the successive defenses due to injuries.
His knee rejecting the first cadaver on one of his surgeries really tanked the middle portion of his career. Doubled the projected time of recovery on him, then tore a groin after getting out of those woods. Guy just had the worst luck when he should have been at his peak.

Whoop! I'm here!

hide your butts, I'm feeling stressed
You know what the best stressed reliever is. Go in the bedroom for 5 minutes with some Vaseline and a tissue then you'll be as good as new.

*Regain not retain the title. The title is Sterling's now, even if Cejudo didn't lose it in the Octagon.
