UFC 260 : Miocic vs Ngannou 2 ?

I feel like Francis Ngannou earned the rematch. He worked his way back up to another title shot fair and square

I don’t think they give stipe the rematch if he slips on a banana peel and somehow loses the second fight
What else would they make? Hasn't Francis pretty much cleared out HW already. I guess they could throw Black Beast in there.

Francis deserve his title shot again ! even if i think he will lose again !

if stipe loses they better give him the rematch if he wants--esp if its close--jon jones can wait--and i dont care what he says he left the division bc he became too slow and he will be even slower now. HE PROBABLY WONT EVEN FIGHT AT HEAVYWEIGHT--PROB GO BACK TO 205--HE JUST WANTED TO GET STRONGER/MORE POWERFUL
Stipe better not get the rematch immediately. He only fights once a year. If Ngannou wins, he'll want a quick turnaround, not sit on the shelf another year

That's March 6th. The plan for 260, tho not official, is March 27th.

There has been at least 2-3 threads about this already. But, people seem to just ignore it. Why anybody is even mentioning the ppv on the 6th is beyond me.

Thanks for laying down some facts on page 1 of the thread.

You're right, he knocked some idiots with their feet stuck in the mud and who can forget this epic:

I think it will be time for the rematch ! Stipe recovered full capacity ( 8 month ) and this fight will be closer and more spectacular, but i think Stipe will win again
The bigger PPV will be Miocic vs Jones. So that'll be made. Then Ngannou will have not even fought, let alone won a fight, for over a year by the time the next title shot comes around vs the winner of Miocic vs Jones. Gane, at that point, will be on a very fresh 5 fight win streak and will get the title shot. WTF is Ngannou doing just sitting around doing nothing, that's not going to get him the buzz he needs to sell a title shot.

Looking forward to the rematch. Ngannou has earned his way back and deserves the shot. The winner can fight Jones and it will be that much bigger of a fight.

Lots of idiots have a hate on for Ngannou and never want him to get a title shot. Probably because he represents strength and size overcoming skill but that’s just the way it is. If a Brock/Tank/Ngannou can beat a highly skilled guy by windmilling with his eyes closed, that means he is the better fighter. Size and strength are just as valuable as speed and skill.

If size and strength were all you needed to be a top UFC HW then power lifters and bodybuilders would run the HW division.

Fact is that Ngannou knows how to utilize his strength and power to his best advantage and consistently get the W which is the literal epitome of skill, and people can't stand to see it for whatever reason lmao

Absolutely. Ngannou has great natural athletic ability to go with his power. His fast reflexes, long reach and counter striking ability, coupled with an iron chin, make him a dangerous opponent for anyone.

By beating Cain and JDS? My grandad would put up a harder fight at this point. They are both spent
