I think he believes most refs are too quick to stop fights, so he overcorrects in the opposite direction. At least he's consistent.

Most inconsistent in the UFC has got to be Herb Dean at this point.

Herbs in bad form right now lol but I agree that Big Dan is consistently bad, as far as the “main” refs are concerned he’s probably the worst, always controversy with his fights

Yeah, I guess it's better to be inconsistent than to be consistently late on stoppages like Dan. Don't like to see these guys take unnecessary punishment.

Just a heads up for the Evinger/Ladd fight. Evinger bullied Yana in the second fight in the grappling. It was over a year and a half ago but it should give you an idea about pre-knee-injury Evinger's grappling. Also, Lina bullied Ladd in the glinch in Ladd's last fight. I know, I know, old fights and mma math. Still, I have 1.5u on Evinger.
