The greatest change has been his hairline though, Hamilton fight in December '16 vs. media scrum a few days ago:

It's hard to see in most videos where he's standing because of his height and the angle of the camera shots, but when he's sitting down it's very obvious he's approaching Norwood 3.

On the other hand this more or less proves he's not lying about his age like Black Beast had alleged. If he were close to 40 and still had the hairline in the left photo it would have held on for years more and not recede this rapidly.
