If the women are so fucking entertaining then they would have been just fine on the prelims since they would encourage people to buy the PPV. It would also give them more exposure because more people watch the prelims.

But the truth is they are just throwing that bullshit on there because if it headlined the prelims everyone would fall asleep before the main card even started. Sick of the UFC attempting to appeal to virgin cucks with this low level trash.

The "just bleed" god smiles upon us with this card. I would personally have the gaethje/Alvarez fight switch with cejudo/pettis and the iaquinta fight lead off the PPV instead of waterson. But either way, this card has the potential to be even more action packed than 217. After seeing Till use cowboy as a stepping stone into the MMA public's conscience, I assumed the same was going on with gaethje/Alvarez so I'm surprised it's not the 3rd to last fight... but hot damn, we are all in for some grade A professional violence from this card!

Cejudo vs Pettis is a very good fight too. Even though I think Cejudo is a couple levels above Pettis, I think Pettis is tough and he will take a lot of damage and It will be entertaining. Cejudo is on a mission to rematch DJ.

Agreed with everything except Reem Ngannou being a brawl. With that type of power in that octagon, especially with Reem's glass chin, someone is going to sleep. I can see Reem incredibly out classing him but Ngannou being asble to take 20 on the chin and Reem not being able to take one - shades of Travis Rousey vs Reem.

It will bring as many or more buys than any of those prelims would. The card is basically in perfect order of highest ranked fighters to lowest—which is exactly how it should be.

In fact, if it were based only on rankings then the Herrig vs Casey fight would be the featured prelim. Haters gonna hate.

It will bring zero. Felder/Iaquinta would have brought at least 1 in myself because I would pay for that solid, full 5-fight package, not this 4-fight one. But the rankings bit makes sense, that must be why Mara Romero Borella vs Kalindra Faria got on the main card of 216

I suppose they want to get some momentun during the prelims, so that people want to buy the PPV afterwards, if you replace waterson/whoever by Felder/Iaquinta nobody will care about the prelims so there will be less steam going into the PPV
