I cannot believe that's true. Seems so...off.
I'd honestly laugh if I actually ever got sued for something like that. I have retired attorneys (that keep their licenses current) in my family that would bury whoever sued me with countersuits for harrassment and whatever else we could dream up so deep they'd be drowning. They can pay $400/hour or whatever to their attorney(s) for a nonsensesical suit while I pay nothing. Let's see who blinks first LOL.
As someone who does not work as a lawyer but have a law degree from one of the best Swedish law schools (I guess something like top50 in Europe) I just assumed everything about this was a joke.
I know some states (California, mostly) has some retarded law's when it comes to this kind of stuff, but since it's clearly a joke, it'd be super hard to prove damages and it's a random forum on the internet it just seems fairly obvious that it's a april's fool kind of deal.
DC vs Rumble will play out similar to the first fight. Feeling confident in DC, already got 8u on him. I also feel like Weidman will get back to his winning ways, Moose's recent opponents have been easy fights, his most impressive win is an old almost retired Vitor, where as Weidman was looking alright in his recent fights against top contenders, 3u Chris ML, 1u to win by decision.

Your heart rate during the first two rounds will be off the chartsI have faith in my fellow fried chicken lover, all the Rumble backers will see come fight day.
I'm fairly certain the injury Chris is referring to was the cut on his head from the Romero knee, which is why it took them some extra time to put this fight together. This has been discussed in several interviews already. Gotta be careful with that fake news, Ukram!Gegard Mousasi;
“I know how Chris Weidman’s going to fight. He’s going to come forward, he’s going to try to put the pressure on me, work on the cardio, do some wrestling, do some striking. But at the end of the day I’m prepared, I know exactly what he’s going to do, so I’m more than prepared. I got my skills, and I’m going to show it the 8th of April. I’m very confident, that’s all I can say.”

Chris Weidman;
“First of all, who the hell does he think he is that I’d be scared to fight him looking at everybody I fought in my career,” Weidman said. “Secondly, I’m dealing with an injury. Fighter to fighter, you don’t just start calling somebody out right after a loss like that. So I took it a little personal and I’m using it as a little bit of motivation to make him pay for that,” added Chris. “It’s definitely going to be a little extra motivation to show he called out the wrong guy.

I believe he's speaking in the past tense in that quote, referring to the period of time where Mousasi was saying that Chris was ducking him. Chris said he tried to get back to training too early and the cut kept opening up and oozing puss during training, so he took some more time to let it heal. That's the nagging injury he's referring to, I'm pretty certain. I believe he talks about it here:Sure its the yoel knee ko loss from 6 months ago though ? you could be right makes sense, its just that interview from last friday Chris says its a nagging injury, don't that usually mean a on and off injury that has not fully healed ?
I can't see no mention of what it actually is though...
I can see him and Jury being juicedIs Emmet going to be a juiced favourite?
I can see him and Jury being juiced
Both will be favourites for sure and I think -160 sounds about right for Emmet. Jury will be -200 or worse.Please no...I don't care about Jury, but I want to drop an atomic bomb on Emmet
I would love to get him at -160 or something like that
Cummins is a one trick pony and he's got big holes in the stand up. The guy has been thrown to the wolves since being in the UFC though. Jan isn't an easy out but he's a step down in competition for Cummins. I do expect Cummins to get TD's. But can we trust his chin and poor striking defence? all depends on the number.I think someone earlier said here that Jan was -175. He could very well open up at this price across Vegas lines. If true there is a HUGE value on cummins. Nog's boxing is on another level compared to Jan.

Yeah you can make a solid argument for either guy. Cummins is vulnerable standing but Jan isn't really a finisher, out of his 19 wins only 5 are by way of KO/TKO, so I'm not sure he can put Cummins' away so easily.I'm throwing some units on Jan if the price is right. Cummins isn't getting that much better and his chin has been battered senseless in very fight in the ufc. Jan has bad tdd but hasn't really taken much in the way of damage Cummins has.
Jan will have been improving his tdd and the shots he hit Gus with would have ko'd Cummins three times over.
