UFC 209 PBP/discussion

It's the opposite in my opinion. He's skilled but his fight IQ is ridiculously bad.

His main technical problem is that he doesn't know anything but the overhook in the clinch. He probably dominates shorter training partners with it on a regular basis.

I gotta admit that I didn't have a super great read on him before this fight, but tonight he looked pretty bad technically in all areas IMO. Maybe it was a bad showing though. I do think Pedro is a bit underrated too.

Spitz is pretty bad, but he has a fantastic body type for fighting. Reminds me of Conor or Jon Jones.
 
If this lanky dude had ANY boxing, he'd be shutting this guy down with jabs and counters.
