UFC 199 the most entertaining card ever?

All I can say is holy sh*t what an event! From the very first prelim to the main event it was non stop action: 8 knockouts, including 5 in a row. Not to mention huge upsets.

Polo reyes vs. Dong Hyun Kim was an insane back and forth slug fest and ended in a KO. Casey vs Elvis was slower but still had some good exchanges. Silva vs Wilson pitted two undefeated up and comers against each other who put on a great show until the tko in the second. A 17-1 Strickland beat 10-0 Breese in an entertaining technical fight. Andrade, Dariush, and Ortega all scored (t)ko's.
Poirier made easy work of Bobby Green in one of his best performances ever, then Hendo and Hector went to war for 2 rounds and Hendo ends up being the first guy to ever KO Lombard, and with an elbow no less.

Holloway looked like a beast and put on a clinic against Lamas, who stayed dangerous throughout the fight. The final 10 seconds of that fight had more excitement than most full fights, with Holloway and Lamas deciding to go blow for blow and finish the scrap like a Rocky movie, just f*cking awesome.

Cruz put on his best performance ever, dominating and even dropping Faber, all while taking extremely little damage. All of this capped off with Michael Bisping finally winning the MW belt in a first round knockout over a guy who previously destroyed him. I'm not the biggest Bisping fan, but I'm very happy for him and his family. What a journey it must have been.

Top 5 card at least, imo.

Dan fucking Henderson knocks out Hector Lombard with a head kick and back elbow.

Easily top 5 of 199 going by entertaining fights as the criteria. 199 was better than 189 IMO.

UFC 199 is up there at the bests cards for me now, with UFC 146 and UFC 92 and UFC 84.

Pretty decent card, so many fights on it I wanted to watch and most of them were good. Up there with UFC 189.

Agree with everything said so far, but wanted to add that Alex Ceceres was really entertaining out there tonight. Even when he was gassed in the third he was still fun to watch, that armbar escape was fantastic.

Better than 189 believe it or not. The Holloway and Lamas ending was one of the sickest things I have seen.

Excluding the days when you had to fight multiple fights in one night with no weight classes -yes, this was a damn good fuckin card. Im hendo's age and damn it felt good to seem him be a gangsta one more time. Huge respect For Cruz's innovative style which also finally disproved the haters that he's just point fighting knocking down an always tough Faber 2 times. And finally Bisping knocking that weird sociopathic smirk off of Rockholds face was just the cherry on the top - congrats to the new champ he really earned that.

Great Card.
I have to admit I had Bisping taking a beating in every scenario I imagined. Yes he is cocky but nothing compared to Rockhold.
I was giving Rockhold a pass for just having some good confidence but the embedded episodes really turned me off of him. Juvenile dick jokes and just acting like a bully in general. Then the crotch grabbing at the presser.

Total loser personality wise.
Still will always tune in to see anybody with kicking technique like that. Still a great fighter but Rockhold has some growing up to do. Hopefully this humbles him a little bit.
