How many buys did the card on saturday do in your estimation? Huge prelim numbers and twitter impressions indicate a massive buy. What do you guys think?

About a million.

Id thought it would do more with Holly on the co-main but people don't seem to care about her

I asked the same question a couple of days ago, but no official numbers are out yet.

I heard one guesstimate of 1.4 mill buys, but hard to say unless Zuffa comes out with it themselves.

I think it did better than 194, which was what, 1.2 million buys? I'm guessing between 1.3 and 1.4 million.

Better question..How many sherdoggers bought the ppv?

i purchased it on UFC website. I been only buying cards that have good potential. This was one. I got what I paid for

Just going by the word of mouth test, I think this card did very well. Almost everyone I know never talks about any of the PPV's.

This is one multiple people asked if I was watching, and offered open invites to their places to watch. I feel this card did really well, and I do think having Holly / Miesha on the card helped.

920,000 at first, but then more buys after Nate choked Conor. Replay value says 1.2 million.

I refuse to purchase a card with McGregor on it.

1.7 million

They were saying it was trending bigger that UFC 100 (1.6 M)

Though Holly and Tate understand I am sure, its business, but REALLY their title fight should have been the main event and Nate and Conor the Co-main. I would have still bought it. Its not like people wouldnt stay or pay to see Holly, shes the ONE that dethroned the unbeatable RR in a devastating fassion.

UFC 196 is trending to be the biggest PPV in UFC history per a press release.

I'd say around the same as UFC 100. The bar I watched it in I also watched Jones vs Cormier in and there were at least double the amount of people there. Standing room only and there were several fights over chairs before the main event.

I watched it in a bar also and it was pretty packed. This is a very imprecise way to measure the PPV buys but to me it seemed these were fights people wanted to see, at least the main and co-main.
