Ufc 159 is stacked

Ufc 159 Newark, New Jersey April 27th, 2013
Jon Jones vs Chael Sonnen- lhw title fight
Michael Bisping vs Alan Belcher
Jim MIller vs Pat Healy
Cheick Kongo vs Roy Nelson
Phil Davis vs Vinny Magalhaes

Jon Jones via destruction!
Bisping via Decision
Jim Miller via Decision
Roy via TKO/KO
Vinny by sub?? o_o

I'm expecting many injuries/card changes.

-___- why would you say that!?@ WHY!?!? :icon_cry2 Now you jinxed the card.

I may be wrong but as of right now I just don't see it. Remember the last time we saw Davis fight a guy with really good BJJ, he admittedly stalled. Kongo's chin is failing him, he's not as quick as he once was, I can see him fighting Nelson the same way he fought Travis Browne. Either Jones walks right through Sonnen or Sonnen spends a lot of time pressing Jones up against the cage and failing on TDs and making a boring fight.

Fox 7 and UFC 156 both had that wow factor when you look at the matchups, this one not so much, IMO of course.

if you think Davis stalled in the fight with Nog you look at fights wrong. Trying to pass guard, throwing punches and trying to force scrambles is not stalling. Sitting in guard holding wrist control while not working for subs, scrambles or sweeps is stalling. Nog stalled not Davis.

Was hoping for Rockhold/Belfort on the card, but still pretty solid overall.

Yup, maybe the best JJ's card since he's a champ, with UFC 140 of course.

Jones via retiring Chael
Belcher wins it, you heard it (heart says so at least)
Miller beats Healy quite handily
Nelson beats Kongo
Phil UD's Vinny

Davis admitted he was very cautious in that fight. Did he look at his own performance wrong?

Really, people think this card is stacked? The main event and co-headline feature 3 fighters coming off losses, with the main event looking like a total mismatch. Davis-Magalhes makes no sense based on their position in the division, Davis should be a huge fave. Kongo has looked bad in his last few fights and has the ability to make fights pretty boring and I don't see anything different in this fight. Belcher/Bisping, Miller/Healy could be exciting fights. But the other 3 have the potential to be dull fights.

Kongo really has no business on a main card at this point.
