I thought he just had a sore throat at first, but he's sounded like that for at least 6 months now.

He sounds completely different to how he sounded last year.

haven't listened to it but I will right after i write this, but I know that alcohol and drugs usually show up in things like a persons voice. their voice gets husky and rough with alcohol.
