Just like I said months ago even if Fury fights Klit he will never face the other legit fighters and everyone who is saying he will clean out the division and that he has the guts to face the best was just being delusional.

Well, one of us was right.

“I’m so sick of it,” Fury told IFL TV’s Kugan Cassius. “I’ve got no motivation to carry it on…basically I’m just doing this next fight to get the equity. I won’t be boxing again. I’m going to go home after the fight, I’m never going back to the gym again. Look how fat my dad is. Look how fat all my brothers are. And that’s how I’m gonna be after this next fight!”

Are you happy about this Mr Opener?

Are you happy about this Mr Opener?

It depends.

If he loses then yeah I would rather have him leave the sport without the belts instead of semi-retire claiming he'll fight anyone and he's the best ever while using his soapbox to say stupid shit like being gay is the same as abortion and :eek::eek::eek:philia. No sport needs it's champion preaching hate every chance he gets. Plus heavyweight boxing in general doesn't need any champs who flat out refuse to fight other champs or top contenders. There is enough of that in every other weight division.

Hatred is powerful isn't it? How it permeates itself into our minds, unhinged in it's transference, with movements so uncanny as to engulf it's symbiotic idea all over your body and mind. We all fall victim to it, but it arises the instinct in our hind brain, and compels us to react and see the fall or rise of the entity in question. You want to see it, because you have felt it. I do agree it's not needed, but at the same time i understand why it exists and will continue to exist, these beings will always present themselves in each saga Mr Opener. One must channel the darkness of the world as the cycle perpetuates adaptation.

And tomorrow he'll get on Twitter and call out Wilder and Joshua.

This is typical Fury. He won't retire.

I'm not hating. Let him set his family up for life and retire. Lots of guys fight just for the money.

It might be the sangria talking but that was pretty deep.

Does he have to though? He's beaten Klitschko, who's beaten everyone in his way pretty handily. If he beats him again, he's cemented his place as a top boxer. By conquering the conqueror he's already elevated himself above the people you think are "legit"

If you look down on someone who's taken the top prizes in the sport, and chooses to retire minted, then I'm not sure what would impress you

You are both eloquent and correct in your observation. What we look for in all violent sports is a spectacle and hate is just as awe inspiring as love. Which is part of why we watch, whether individually we can admit it or not.

That being said Fury puts on shit fights that are only slightly better then his pitiful attempts to "sing" afterwards so boxing will not be diminished by his absence in any way.

I don't look down on what he did in the sport at all. He got a dream fight with the most "legit" champion there is and he won fair and square. That's quite a feat to accomplish. If he chooses to never fight again and live his life happily out of the ring then good for him.

All that has NOTHING to do with how I see him as a person though. He's an asshole plain and simple. His personal views on many subjects are disturbing to say the least. Even the fact he took his shirt off at the last press conference and spent several minutes explaining why he hopes he loses the rematch and how since he doesn't want to fight anyway that the loss he is about to take means nothing is disgusting. Trying to take away the possible credit Klit would get for taking his belts back ahead of the actual fight is stupid. Then he ponders publicly why in the world his own countrymen hate him and says he will move to another continent after the fight because he doesn't get the respect he deserves where he's from. It's all a joke.

It's similar to the way I have the utmost respect for what Mayweather did in the ring and how he left at the top with his brain and wallet fully intact. At the same time I think outside the ring he has shown to more then occasionally be an utterly worthless human being. I can still accept how great he was inside of the sport and be very impressed by it while understanding that outside the ring he did horrible things.

Yes Mr opener, you are sensing the passion, the lust of battle. Let the feeling permeate as you begin to harness that emotion, flowing fluids so turbulent you must come to temper it, see affection in it, revel in it's essentials. Once settled, allow the migration of these passionate fluids of ideas to nestle and innervate itself deep inside of you, in time you will awaken to the beauties your senses grants you.

When he loses , and he will lose, there is no way in fuck he'll retire.

psychedelics and other drugs are potions to the netherworld's Mr Move. These fluids are some of the ways you can achieve enlightenment of poetry. They are in all things and my be secreted.

Understandable, he talks shit and winds people up. A lot of his views are petty reprehensible, not disagreeing. His accomplishments are great, and at least he generates interest. Doesn't make it right but..
