Can't say that I blame him. Glory is zzzzzzzzzzz. I just don't see him getting any big money fights in Boxing anytime soon tho.

He's kinda right though. With Gökhan not fighting and Ilunga doing not too well lately, who's left in the LHW division to challenge Spong? Same goes for the HW division. Rico has that title on lock for now and the level has decreased dramatically since the demise of old K-1.

I fail to see how the situation is any different than 2 years ago. He said in the interview if bellator came with a good offer he would be stupid not to take it so he is only retired from kickboxing until someone pays what he wants or he takes a loss in boxing

He did, but he hasn't fought yet and doesn't have a fight lined up. Also, not many guys that are a challenge to him, especially with Spong retiring from kickboxing.

I guess it make sense for him. Not much left to do in KB. Mma is a little to late to become big.

There's not really a lot of money to be had in kickboxing anymore. Maybe Rizin can offer him a decent pay check.

He said in a interview for Helwani that the money is too little in kickboxing nowadays. Even as an average boxer he can make probably 3 times what he made in KB, so why not ? Go for it Tyrone, hope you do well !
