Prob. old but i hadnt seen it. I found it on google. Tyrone is the man. Its not really a highlight its just some sparing with another guy.. each one pullin moves.

pretty slick leg locks/knee bars. The constant jumping over and flipping around is real dynamic.

 

Damn that vid kicked ass, i like the spining to jumping over guard pass i had to rewind that like 5 times hah

 

That was a demonstration of sorts that Tyrone and Derek put together, with each of them trading submissions...

It's dated but interesting none the less. Last I knew Cassio burned that vid to CDs and would pass them out to any potential student as incentive to atleast try a class or two.

It works. I signed up for a while.
