Tyron Woodley Potentially Cut???

I like Tyron, but after losing to bums like Gilbert and Colby, maybe he should retire. He was pretty close to choking Colby unconscious until his rib popped, but if his body is failing him to this extent it might not be good for his health. He's one of the more injury prone fighters on the roster.
 
Weird that he became so gun-shy.

You’d think dropping Wonderboy and Till would give you confidence to throw hands.

Instead, getting out-grappled by Usman made him scared to throw.
 
He should go to PFL

Bellator's WW division is too strong. I don't see him having any success over there fighting the top guys
 
I seem to recall dana saying that Woodley was the #1 most difficult fighter to deal with. add that with a losing streak, getting old and having a relatively high price tag, I'd be surprised if we wasn't cut
 
His inactivity and his losses makes him less appealing even on the free market.. someone will pick him up dirt cheap though
 
Damn, a lot of Woodley hate for a guy that just got fired. He has had a few snoozers for sure, but don’t forget how many people he has starched. Can be a little cringe on the mic sometimes, but never disliked the guy.

Best of luck to Woodley. He seems like a smart dude, I’m sure he can grab a couple of big checks somewhere else before he calls it quits

PFL isn't easy for him either. Rory already styled on him and he's there, plus Aleksahkin is as good as any of the Bellator guys imo.

On top of that Cooper and Magomedkerimov are also not bad.
 
Well he lost his last 3 and will be 39 next time he fights. Probably expects at least a 150k paycheck. Makes sense to release him.

Can't say I'm surprised given his relationship with Dana White and his inability to produce many exciting fights lately. But I think people give him too much shit for a 3-fight skid that is to three killers.
