Gina is kind of an anomaly. She's capable of doing her own stunts/fight work, presents a build/physique for Hollywood that is outside of the norm and is very attractive by most standards. Given she also has some name recognition and she doesn't have a lot of leverage but probably more so than most females in Hollywood at her pay scale.

Tyron is at the mercy of Hollywood as he legitimately possesses nothing unique. He has name recognition and that's honestly about it. He's not tall or even exactly big. He doesn't look like an ogre but he's an average size guy with nothing unique to hang his hat on outside of being a former champ. He's not even versed enough in martial arts to do the kind of stunts gina does

None of this really tracks. Gina is not an anomaly. I've seen stunt women with way better acting. Tyron still has bad guy henchman energy, and he probably has more options than Gina. He's just too fucking desperate and says yes to anything.
