I figured there was something more to the story. The way they initially reported it, you'd think he just randomly died of a heart attack, or something.

Sad either way. Choking on your own vomit in a booze filled haze is not a graceful exit, and doesn't get nearly enough attention as it should(it used to). All you're gonna hear about is "opioids, opioids, opioids", when really, it's likely the mixture with alcohol that ultimately did him in.

Idk why people drink and pop pills. Now weed and Vicodin is a nice mix. It literally says on the bottle mixing with booze will kill you.

I'm guessing the fentanyl was a big factor........... This is one drug that even many hard core druggies won't mess with. It's scary shit!! Insanely powerful in that a small amount can kill you if you aren't careful and you don't know the potency of what you are taking.

They might not even throw on a daily basis. Most don't throw the day after a game and work up slowly to the next game which will be 4 to 6 days later.

Put in Kershaw on short rest!
