Kind of a dumb question, but I got a steel cup with three strings (two side ones, and one under one). How should I tie them properly?

Twins Special Groin Protector It's one like this.

2 side ones go around ur wasite, the other one rides up your bum.

I hate tying cups. ShockDoctor for the win, for once.

I know how they are supposed to go, but what kind of knots should I make? I guess I should tie the two side ones together, and then the third one onto them?

I'm definitely going to invest in some Shock Doctor compression shorts real soon...but til then, I guess I need to tie it manually.

yeah pretty much whatever you can do to knot them and they feel comfortable, which I always found hard with cups like that.

I was never great at tying those knots, so I was glad the Shock Doc compression shorts + cup worked for me when I got a pair. So much more convenient.

LOL "up your bum" when I was a kid and my uncles were fighting in the states. I didn't know what the cups actually were.........so I use to tie it around my face and wear it like a mask. :D

For the cheaper option, baseball sliding shorts with a cup pocket are cheaper and the same product.

I like my compression shorts but got lazy. Seemed like I was putting on tons of layers just to work out. I usually just wear Undergi briefs and pull my Bike jock w/cup over them. Everything is supported/protected and it's cheap.
