I see. I thought the video was of the hanging itself. I assumed it belonged to the university.

Video does belong to the university but they won't comment on the contents. Police won't either. So it could be the act itself or it could be supporting evidence. The attorney is requesting the video.

Idk. So far it points to suicide, which is (in a morbid way) the better outcome to this. Everyone is losing their fucking minds in here and I dont really have the patience for it. Because it was the full quote from the article literally right above it. It tied to the family seeking further investigation and was directly related to the story.

Im not saying every one of them was a lynching. Strange as it may be, some may have chosen to end their lives in that way. Im saying it is deserving of further investigation at a minimum.

Not race baiting. Literally just waiting until the investigation is done. Autopsy is still not done and there are private investigations pending. It's gonna take time.

In my original post, I never even suggested anything. Just stated what happened and that the family is seeking further investigation. I even reported the seperate incident with the homeless man

I wouldn't calm the family hustler. I would do the same in their place. If there was even the smallest chance someone did that to my kid, I'd want absolute certainty and peace of mind.

Maybe the independent investigation turns up something. Maybe it doesn't. Either way, I think seeking independent investigation is totally valid
