Twins Gloves Question - Re: Rubber on Velcro Strap

I just picked up another pair of Twins gloves but noticed that the twins logo on the wriststrap is on some kind of raised plastic/rubber material as opposed to the typical low profile embroidery.

Having never seen this before, is this something I should be concerned about?
