It seemed odd to me that Tulsi endorsed Bernie in 2016 but then decided to run against him, potentially splitting the progressive vote, in 2020. I can sort of understand why that would have soured him on Gabbard.

Not only that, but staying in after Iowa probably done him some real damage

I have not had a chance to watch the complete video yet but was Kamala Harris mentioned? There is a huge rumor that she is the top choice for VP over Amy Klobuchar. That news will not go over to well with Tulsi I would imagine.

No. Whenever Jimmy wanted her to talk about other candidates she gave him a firm "I'm not going there" or "Thats between me and them" type of response.

Yeah, Jimmy only has himself to blame for being such a rube. Tulsi's records and interviews with her contradictory statements about war and bipartisanship are out there. His whole gimmick of being "Anti establishment" was really resting on Tulsi going to the convention so he could bitch and moan more to his youtube audience. In an instant, Tulsi's fans online dropped about 90% and poor old jimmy is left trying to spin the situation to keep his own nutbag fans happy.
