I'm 178cm(5'10), 70-71kg(155) with around 12% bodyfat, and I'm trying to lower it a bit more. I want to take an amateur fight with K1 rules in the near future.
1-3 whole eggs, whole bread, fish oil, multivitamin
2-protein shake, peanuts
3-lean meat and vegetables
4-protein shake and whole bread
(lifting)
5-protein shake, 5g creatine and fruit
(muay thai)
6-lean meat and vegetables
I am toning down the drinking in the weekends, to less than a half. maximum 3 beers friday night and 3 beers saturday night. I know ideal amount is 0, but that's not going to happen.
maybe I should eat less fats? I don't like throwing away yolks, but I could stop eating the peanuts.
