Not really. The executive actions didn't actually stop them from happening still.

And EO's are often very temporary as the next administration just reverses it. We need legislation.

The tranny's feel their issues are like gay marriage - that society will eventually "progress" to the point where they get everything they want.

DEI is dead in the corporate world. It’s been an incredible 180.

They may feel that way, but Trump has become one hell of a roadblock.

Which is probably worse for the movement, than if they were being outright forced. God only knows why they kept these idiotic programs in place, but it certainly wasn't because it was doing their businesses any good. I'd imagine a lot of orgs couldn't wait to slash it and finally got a reason to, without the government breathing down their necks.
