Elections Trump for POTUS mega thread

Is it really huge for Joe? He's already turned down Trump in the past.

People already know who Trump is, so I don't know what new voters he would be attracting. If anything, I think going on Joe's show would either have a neutral or a negative effect on him. He'd say something stupid or wild in a 2-3 hour situation that would get clipped and spread.
Kamala has the higher risk and reward for doing shows like this, imo. She's the one that needs to prove herself and show who she is.
I agree re: attracting new voters, thus my venn diagram comment. But yes, I do think it would be huge for Joe. I mean, it's all relative, he's already the biggest Podcaster in the world, can't get higher than #1. But I would guess it would be his most viewed episode ever, by a wide margin.

I find this encouraging, but it could also be a last attempt to scare more Democrats away from staying home on Election Day. Kamala is doing terrible with numbers in states compared to Biden and Clinton at this point in the election cycle. It would be a great thing if this led to a landslide victory for Trump, but it ain't guaranteed at all.

Oh yeah, as far as views go, probably would.

Kamalas numbers seem to be dropping. Seems like Trump may win imo
I don't think the polls are worth a damn, frankly. Not without a full breakdown of their methods and so on anyway. Most of the time they don't even include the margin of error.

Coachella?

Trumps energy is beyond surreal.

The dude is a freak of nature.
Imagine being on a heroic dose of mushrooms at a festival and then watching Trump on stage. What a time to be alive
Trump now saying it also, as he does another episode of Nelk Boys (has done a few episodes). I always assumed Rogan had some kind of contractual thing where he wouldn’t endorse and/or have trump on

It would be hilarious if Rogan accidentally sinks his hero Trump by accidentally fact checking shit with his "Jamie, pull up the numbers President Trump is talking about..." etc
I really think this will be a net loss for Trump. If they really do a 2-3 hour free form interview his mental decline is going to be painfully apparent

In a tweet thread, Rosenberg explained:

“Of last 15 general election polls released in PA, 12 have right/GOP affiliations. Their campaign to game the polling averages and make it appear like Trump is winning — when he isn’t — escalated in last few days.

“I urge journalists and researchers to dive into
FiveThirtyEight and see how the red wave pollsters have flooded the zone again. MT, PA, NC were initial targets but now it’s all 7 battleground states.

“This 2024 red wave op is much larger and involves many more actors and polls than the red wave campaign in 2022. It also involves new players — Polymarket, Elon — and feels far more desperate, frenetic, unhinged. Trumpian.”

Rosenberg pointed to a New York Times autopsy on the 2022 midterm elections: “The ‘Red Wave’ Washout: How Skewed Polls Fed a False Election Narrative.”

Rosenberg also referred to a recent New York Times report — “Elon Musk is going all-in to elect Trump” — that shows coordination between Twitter/X owner Elon Musk and the Trump campaign.

“More than 25 organizations are now involved in red wave 2024,” Rosenberg tweeted. “Last week, they dropped 27 polls. This week it’s more. Ferocity of effort to make it look like Trump is winning clearly means they don’t think he is.”

Trump doing JRE is huge for Joe, likely his most viewed episode ever. Not sure how much it helps Trump though. I would suggest most of Joe's audience already supports Trump.

I can't imagine Trump doing JRE is going to flip many votes from Kamala to him. You might get a few non traditional voters, people who never usually vote, on board. But I'd suggest the benefit will be negligible.

I don't want Trump to win, but if I did and I was advising him I'd suggest going on Stephen A's podcast. The venn diagram of Shultz viewers, Theo Von viewers, Nelk viewers and JRE listeners/viewers is almost a complete circle. Alot of black people feel disenfranchised and don't feel Kamala will represent them. Trump would do well extending an olive branch in that direction.

But if I'm being honest, he probably doesn't need to. It appears he will win anyways.

Donold doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to go on Stephen A. As far as him winning, remember when Hillary had it all sewn up?

There's no way I'm trusting to polls, even though they say it's a toss-up. Stand on the gas until it's over.

No I've never thought that. They aren't accurate anymore with few landlines. But when kamala got a bump from biden dropping out I will say the trends seem right. Ultimately you are correct but a general trend can be correct.

"I'd like to talk to you about our lord and savior, Cthulu- I mean Donald Trump."

It will not be surprising if he doesn't, though.

It can, sure, but you won't really know until after the fact so it's kind of meaningless. It's like flipping a coin to guess who will win then waiting until after the election to check the result.

No you cant know with certainty after 2016. But the trends will still send the parties into a panick just from the trends. Doesn't mean one will win or lose but it's not a positive sign.

Calling Holman adjudicated rapists and dictator who prevents the peaceful transfer of power from a free and fair election aren’t working well.

Better start calling him President hyperlipidemia!

Bro, your vice president can't even answer whether Donald won or lost the 2020 election. When you say anybody else is losing it, you lose all credibility.

It's pretty obvious what he thought in 2020 considering all of the shit this chucklefuck has had leaked. If you support putting this giant pussy liar in the White House, then you do you.

He answered the question, but you're just too stupid to understand any kind of context.
