Well the guy has been grappling with giving either a voice saying he didn't want to show bias but to have only Trump on speaks enough on his behalf.
I hope its true and if it is, its because Elon begged him to I have no doubt. Elon and Joe have become somewhat good friends over the last 3 visits.
