There's no "deaths per x amount of people" in that list so those stats are pretty much completely useless.

Total cases is obviously a completely useless and inaccurate statistic and even the death count is pretty sketchy but at least you would have -something- to work with. These total numbers literally don't mean anything at all.

Obviously every state was different but here in PA the lock down was done on a county by county basis. If a counties case metrics dropped to a certain point they opened up, and if they went up above a certain thresh hold they closed back down.

You're failing to take population density into account. There are 10 million people just in NYC. And we were actually proactive and made the tough choices to protect our citizens. It's also laughable to try to take the moral high ground on nursing home deaths since the rights plan was to ignore lockdowns and masks and just let the vulnerable die so we could achieve herd immunity.

Until there is an effective therapy and vaccine it doesn't matter what we do. Europe is now spiking harder than they were at their previous peak now that they are loosening their restrictions even though they locked down harder than most of the US.
