I'm not one of the cannabis panacea people, but it seems pretty silly to crack down on the actual positives.

Make America Ache Again

Helps people without side effects or intoxication. Seems logical to ban it. I love how the MAGtards still think Trump is here for the common man, to restore freedom.

people with pain conditions have it too easy.

Was it not already schedule 1 federally for like a really long time? What on earth does this have to do with Trump "banning" anything? The DEA said they will NOT arrest people for it and that Indiana shouldn't either. I believe it's legal anyway when there's no THC, but "Trump is coming after muh medicine" is a pretty fun title.

Seriously, fuck this admin.

The problems with CBD being rescheduled go far beyond people not being arrested for possession and were explained in the OP.

Reefer madness.

That's literally what it is. Jeff Sessions and most of the other people who are in charge of drug policy in the US have ideas about narcotics that are 50 years out of date, yet they get to stay in government making the rules until they croak.

muhahaha

Republicans: We're for freedom.
Except for womens right to choose, medicinal marijuana, ect.

Trust a Republican admin to go against something with a wealth of evidence.
Climate change = not real. Benefits of CBD oil = damn child drug addicts.

Might wanna check the date of the ruling and who was in office. Should maybe change the thread title to "Obama uses final 2 months in office to ban CBD oil".

Funding can be used for research, but not sales and advertising.

Trump is actually for legalizing marijuana and leaving it up to the states, it's Jeff Sessions that has advocated for these kind of policies.

The two haven't been in good terms lately, so his future in the admin doesn't look very secure either. If Trump wants to get re-elected, it would be better for him politically to just legalize, and let Sessions go if he has to. I'm sure he realizes that.

Good. It’s just another front for the addicted marijuana users.
