Truck Yeah

Those were super popular back in the day.

I fucking loved that thing. The motor got swapped for a factory 4-cylinder, paid for by insurance, but the wiring ended up fucked up for some reason. I was just a kid and don't know the details, but being poor meant not being able to get it fixed. So it just sits for now. One day, I want to get it running and modernized.

Just bought a used Ranger with less than 90,000 miles. It was a company truck so it has been maintained and came with new brakes, tires, shocks, paint job and bed cover. Very happy.

You could make that truck rad as hell.

I’m so glad they are bringing those back. A Ranger was my first truck. Holds a special place in my heart.

Everyone who rides in it loves it. No computer strapped to the engine to screw it up mechanically. What you see is what you get.

My last car ran good but once the engine computer went haywire it was a throw away. Electrical problems are a nightmare. Unreliable.

Not the best photo, but here we go.

I love Rangers. I'm on my 3rd one.
The previous 2 had over 180k before they got retired and they've all been worked hard.
If yours is the 3.0 model, make sure you change out the camshaft position sensor very soon. They only last about 30k miles. If it goes, it takes out your motor.

No kidding. Sometimes it works. It usually doesn’t. I post pictures on another forum all day long with a similar format, but it’s sporadic for me on here.
What trucks you got?
1987 Chevy stepside short box, I bought it brand new and the motor has never been out of it.
2007 Chevy crew cab long box duramax, it’s the highway cruiser

2003 2500 5.9 Cummins. 180k. Mine looks almost identical to this but it has smaller wheels and taller tires.

I also have a canopy for it, just getting finished building a bed/drawer/shelf thing camping setup.

Can you post a pic of that 87?

15 Tacoma trd 4x4 long bed

91 ford bronco 4" lift on 35s with a 393 stroker

But my commuter is a 99 Honda civic

What about Chevy's 4 cyclinder turbo Silverado next year? What do y'all think of that?

I would like them to put a v6 turbo in the raptor ranger

Dodge is putting the Hellcat drivetrain in a truck.

Black on black z71 LTZ 3” suspension on 35x12.50’x 20

Basic dad ride, pulls the boat.

Have driven trucks my whole life. I’ve occasionally also had mustangs and camaro’s when I was younger but had a truck too.

Once you get used to a truck and all you can do with it then it's nearly impossible to go back to cars.

This right here if you live where there is lots of snow do any kind of house repair, haul, tow etc can't beat a truck
