135 is full of killers. They won't go easy on CCC like Floyd did with Conor.
 
Yep not happening he'd get slapped up. Poor Henry, UFC's moved on, his missus moved on and he can't make enough noise to grab the attention of the boxing world, what's left either twitter warriordom or crawling back to Dana and continuing to fight as per his contract.

Does anyone outside MMA even know who CCC is? I seriously doubt it. The only ones people know are Conor and to a lesser extent Khabib thanks to the rub from Conor and the Muslim fanbase. Nobody cares about anyone else, ye are all extremely small time to the outside world.

why would any of those guys fight someone nobody knows? while we all know who Cejudo is....the rest of the world, has no clue. He brings absolutely nothing to the table.

those guys have all been boxing, since they were kids. they were literally born with gloves on.

conor's a totally different story...my mom, who doesn't follow any fight sports, has heard of conor....but literally nobody knows cejudo.
 
I think he got into the boxing game too late to be a champion. However boxing is such a joke with its million titles maybe he gets it done.

Actually 135 has Teo who has damn near every belt except for the WBC and Haney has the only only one that Teo is missing. It’s probably the only
division right now with a clear hierarchy so good luck trying to get through either one of them.

I doubt Cejudo seriously hopes to get a title shot in a major boxing org. Obviously, he would love a huge payday for a match with a high profile boxer, and it wouldn't matter that he would lose. Mostly, though, he's just keeping his name out there, generating buzz.

I barely keep up with boxing although I like it. I honestly just assumed there was somebody out there with a bs belt close to Henry's weight lol.

Even then I know its extremely unlikely anybody that is THAT good at MMA would ever have enough time to become championship level in boxing. Just too many hours "wasted" on learning how to grapple.

Cejudo would bring in some MMA eyes to boxing. Would definately generate more interest than most boxing match up at 135. I’d watch.
 
Like others have said, not a chance especially at 135. May have a slightly higher chance if he drops to 130 or 126.
 
He has the athleticism, but at 33 its a bit late to start the sweet science his brain is still programmed in MMA
