So help a newb out on this. Your experiencing and best times to take, also if anyone can also advise about Maca.

It depends on how much you work out. If you sweat a lot or drink a lot of booze, ZMA is good before bed for the zinc. Tribulus doesn't do much and maca might boost your libido slightly after taking it for a few months. None of them are likely to actually boost your testosterone levels, if that's what you're asking.

Well my concern lately is just fatigue, laziness, and feeling down with some insomnia.

I never had a problem with falling asleep, rather my problem lies in staying asleep.

When I was taking ZMA, it was for it's purported effects on sleep quality. In that capacity, it had helped. Plus, when you first start taking it the dreams are awesome.

i am a big fan of zma and have used it for years. it allows me to get more out of the time that i do sleep and be better rested/recovered the next day. if you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, i don't think that it will help you much, if any

Tribulus is a waste of money though some people report anecdotal success while using it.

Personally, I've used Tribulus and think I got positive results but I wasn't doing bloodwork at the time.

The problem with Tribulus is that it has a tainted history. Companies would call a supplement "tribulus" and stuff it full of pro-hormones and designer steroids and people would be like FUCKING WOW MAN THIS IS THE BEST EVA! Nope, you were on dope dude.

If it works for you, great. Get it from a trusted company that doesn't pull bullshit such as USP Labs or...uhhh...I don't even know any other companies that are trustworthy that make a tribulus product.

Another user of ZMA here, definitely helps with sleep (what I use it for), not sure if it really makes a difference elsewhere.

Well so far my ZMA, tribulus, and Maca stack has made a difference. I feel like my sleep is more efficient and I tend to go into dreams and have deep sleep that makes me feel recovered in the morning. My libido went up both physically and mentally. I just have been feeling better all around my day lately. I would tend to think Maca and ZMA are a big part of this because every time I research online about tribulus the reviews tend to be more bad than good that is why I asked for help here. At this point I don't know if next time I should just re up on ZMA and Maca or if tribulus played a part.

What is it that tribulus is supposed to do exactly? I was thinking that it was that little extra kicker that just made me feel better through out the day in general.

Tribulus does nothing. Absolutely nothing. Ditch it.

ZMA is only of help if you're deficient in one or both of those minerals.

Maca MAY be able to increase libido. Nothing more.

Run a search if you want. I don't know what other kinds of answers you're looking for here.

ZMA really helped me sleep and gave me some crazy dreams, but I felt so groggy in the mornings it would take me a few hours to really feel 100% mentally.

Did you actually read the links I posted

ive tried tribulus before and i doubled my numbers in pushups and dips in just 2
so was a positive experience for me...
but seemed to cause an aggressive mind set

Extra pushups?

That's an accurate biomarker measurement there.

ZMA is great for sleep quality. Better sleep = better recovery = train more.

ZMA does what it does, but it's benefits were exaggerated by BALCO for sales purposes. Athletes DO lose testosterone production when their bodies are put under a lot of stress. That's medically verifiable (especially if you actually train athletes and keep an eye on these things), even zinc alone helps to stem this effect. The most significant study was done on male wrestlers who were around the 18-19yr age range.

Magnesium is essential in muscle relaxation, and most good blends of ZMA contain a touch of something else, like valerian root or hops, which adds to the relaxation factor. IMO this is one supplement that isn't a bad investment for athletes.

Do I have to cycle these? Lately I been constipated at times and take nasty shits.

I don't discount the idea that magnesium and zinc are vital minerals both for health and performance. But short of a deficiency, I've never seen any clinical trials displaying ZMA being effective at significantly altering hormonal profiles.

Plus, it would be more efficient to take a quality multi (which should contain more than 100% Zinc) and a magnesium supplement. Much much more inexpensive as well.

Either way, based on the last post, I think we've been trolled.
