It depends what Cain shows up. The Cain that showed up vs Werdum is the worst HW in the division.

What makes this fight interesting is that even if Cain is a shell of his former self, Travis has nothing but Ronda and her babies on his mind. He basically thinks about that 24/7 so the only thing he'll be thinking while in the cage with Cain is Ronda (unshowered, hairy legs, bad breathe, obese) and her babies. This fight is very interesting.

If Reem/Cain happens time wise Cain will be fighting Reem in October/November/December. Miocic/Werdum winner will have no one to fight then. Reem is clear n1 contender now, i highly doubt they will be waiting for Cain. Cain can be next in line with win after Reem

The most obvious decline we have seen in Cain, and and like Rothwell said, Cain needs to really change his fight-style now... but can he?
...Travis has also looked more tired in his last two fights, so it all depends on who has declined most.

i think browne can be a bit challenging for cain as a matchup. he won't be easy to overwhelm given his footwork and range, and cain has walked into punches coming in before. where congo couldn't stop him, i think browne might

i'm not sure if cain has declined or if werdum was just different as a matchup for him than his previous opponents. browne will give him some of the same problems standing imo
