It’s probably best to separate the back strap , hind quarters and legs into separate zip locks, frozen in brine water, just a little bit.
Then pack the zip locks in a small cooler in dry ice.
Will be fine for 6 hrs until you can get them in the deep freeze.
If you want to be ready to fry them at the end of the trip, don’t freeze the meat in brine in the zip locks, just pack in dry ice.
How many cats did you prep? Cooler size will matter here.
Cat and rat both make good satay, it is a bit chewey, soaking in the brine first helpsCat is pretty chewy unless you really know how to cook it. Better off grinding the meat all together, fries up a bit like pork. Just add seasoning and it makes good taco meat.
