The people who are trying so damned hard to ignore social contagion are flat out being dishonest. Or they've just never met a young person in their lives, but I find that highly unlikely.

Not only is it common sense that shoving gender theory into a young persons brain would have this effect but there are a lot of detransitioners explaining in great detail how it was these social influences that got them to transition. Stop lying.

What are the odds that all 4 kids in a family would turn out trans? How do you explain that what used to effect mostly boys is seeing growth exclusively in clusters of female populations?

Two things:
1. The example I was talking about was during a support rally. Some lady said she was an ally and 3 out of 4 of her kids were trans. Then the 4th one pipes up that it's 4 out of 4. Just like that. Trans! And the supportive (read idiot) mother would happily go along with this childish flight of fancy.
2. If there is a mental illness factor to this thing then why is a software issue being treated by messing with hardware?

You ever read anything about anorexia and social contagion? There's parallels between the two phenomena. Males evolved to be more focused on the physical while females are more geared towards social aspects of our communities needs. Let's not pretend that those more deeply vested in social activities aren't influenced by social trends.

How would you feel if you read a story from a woman in a red state who was heavily encouraged into keeping a child. She doesn't flee to a blue state, ends up dying in child birth that she was only "kind of" wanting to do?

Now, how would you feel about the same woman living in a blue state was who heavily encouraged to permanently destroy her body in terms of reproduction, when she was on lots of mental health related meds?
