Training Schools In my Area?

I live in Northeastern Pa. Last exit on 81 before you hit NY. I know there is a BJJ school in Scranton but its not easy to make it their to train when I would want to. Coming home from work and driving a hour each way isnt practical to me.

Binghamton, Vestal, Johnson city NY are all closer to me by far and closer to my job.... Is there anyone here who knows of any decent schools around there? I basically just want to train and exert some energy.
