i'm sure they have lots of people visiting and needing a place to stay, may even have deals with some locals places

after your done paying for your training you won't be able to hire a car anyways...

The Vegas location is in an industrial park. There are no hotels with in walking distance.

Luckily it's only a 5-10 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the strip. A cab wouldn't be more than 15 USD.

There's classes all day. It's definitely worth the trip. Excellent trainers and sparring as well.
