Reservoir Dogs - cutting off the ear scene. I don't know why but that scene is tough for me to watch. I guess because I can just feel the air as it breezes past what is now just a hole where the rest of your ear should be.

The ones I remember the most are:
From a tv series Shogun, a bunch of guys are captured, thrown together in a net and repeatedly dipped into a giant pot of boiling water.
'80s. King Kong when Kong stepped on a group of people and they were all squished together, but still flailing around in their death throes.
I saw those before I was 10, so they made more of an impact. I've seen most of the scenes mentioned here, but now they don't really effect me because I know they're just movies.
