top king shinguard sizing

I'm 6ft, 165 lb.

large, its a good fit. If that helps.
 
I'm 6'3" 210 lbs, and the large fits perfect. It comes up a little past the bottom of my kneecap. The straps are long enough that they go all the way around my calves.

Have the same issue but figured it was cause I ordered a size to big XL. 6'3ish, and weight fluctuates, not that makes a difference concerning my calfs.
 
I'm about 6'6" 225 and I just got the superstars in XL (which I love btw). They are a little shorter than I would like, but feel AMAZING! very high quality shin guards. Best I've ever used.

The shin guards are supposed to come a little past the bottom of your knee cap. They are designed that way, if they go past that then they are too long. The larges fit perfect.

still no white pros in large? i actually have a friend in Thailand right now but its his honeymoon and im not gonna ask him bring them back on the plane with him.

just ask him to send them as gift...shouldn't be a problem.

Exactly the reason I yearn for a L instead of an XL, they go to far up.
 
i got the M from kstar (great customer service by the way!)...the length and all that is great, but i really need to stretch them out to fit my calves. the strap barely goes halfway when i put it on and it comes off anytime someone grabs my leg. i don't think i have monstrous calves either. weird

maybe a bit the first few times (although, I do have pretty skinny calves)...I think they will mold themselves to your shins after a few uses. They feel more comfortable aft few wks of use. Very solid good quality shins.

Which size did u get? How far up to your knees do they come?
 
M...i'm 5'7-8ish. length is fine. it goes up to mid kneecap i think. i had to really stretch them. the straps currently go only halfway around my calves if i keep em tight

what do you mean send them as a gift? i figured KStar would have them in stock by now so i never bothered getting my friend out there to ship them. doesnt it take like a month or more to get stuff from over there? with the price id pay for shipping, i may as well order them from here.

i shoulda just kept the mediums i had until i was able to get the large but didnt want to use them and then resell them for less. the mediums left a gap below the bottom of my kneecap where i check and thats the exact spot thats been getting lumped up over and over.

I meant ask ur friend to get them for u & ship them as gift. Anyway, I know some ppl who do that whenever they've friends in Thailand. Shipping prices aren't too bad around 10-12

Excellent! Tnx man. I got a bit deceived by the Top King catalogue! Although TK shin guards go a bit higher than most guards they aren't suppose to come all the way up as in their catalogue.
