top/best kickboxing/mma schools in san luis county

I live in santa maria... about 30 minutes south.
SLO kickboxing is an option, though pretty expensive
I haven't heard many good things about The Pit in the 9 or so years i've been training.
it seems to mostly be a cardio class.
If you wanted grappling of some sort, My Judo class is in Arroyo Grande, 25 bucks a month and no contract. We do way more ground than stand up as well.
