Terrible. There's nothing wrong with Pfister's physique. He may not look like a comic book character, but he looks like a normal in shape guy. G-Sot just has some weird ass ribs. Sylvia didn't look like that during his UFC run. Daly just looks like a normal not fat chick.

Roy Nelson is the only guy on your list who had a truly terrible physique during his UFC run. Timmy had some weight to him, but he wasn't really fat and always had decent cardio for a HW.

Nelson has the worst physique in UFC history and second place might not even be close.

As well as 125ers, as a grown man id rather be a little overweight than have the bad luck being so skinny and small...

In recent memory, definitely Christodoulou. Fabio Maldonado is up there. The guys that have lost a lot of weight, like Joey Beltran, sometimes end up with sorta loose skin that makes them less aesthetically pleasing as well.
