I'm really impressed with TJ Dillashaw, I'd give him the first spot ahead of MM.
I don't understand why he is so understated.
He is an absolute monster. Fast, full skill set and had an incredible cardio

Good list right here. Can't think of anyone else in terms of elite on the floor on the feet and grappling. Maybe Frankie but not above these 5

RDA was also good. Holloway. TWoodley is another one. But he is too careful so people begin if to hate on him.

I think Holloway is a bit better then every other 45r I wouldn't say it's his well roundedness that gets him there. His standup is great, good cardio, toughness for days. But he is beatable by a big ass guy with a good blast double and top control early. No one around that can do it imho but his grappling isn't elite
